depends on the project. I have a google sheet where I put a market cap target at peak of bull run and calculated what the price would be. Most of them have a 10X to 40X potential return, so I'd take profits at 2X, 4X, 8X, 16X, 32X, and fully exit when I see the market is starting to saturate.
